Harvested at a temperature of – 9,5 ° C this wine fermented for almost two months. In the aroma there are hints of dates, mirabelles. In the taste there is still this typical spiciness of the Veltliner although it is covered by a fine layer of caramel and honey.
This is a wine which is perfect for intensive cheese or as a dessert all on its own.
