Medium to full-bodied, fresh and lively, the acids have fallen away and the tannins have melted into an opulent, fleshy, classic Bordeaux. Consume it over the next 10-15 years. Bravo!

Dense, lush and sweet, with layered flavors of dark raspberry, minerals and gravel, with a recurring note of woodsmoke. Finishes very broad and long. An excellent, opulent 2003, impressively ripe and rich but not over the top.
